Returns & Refunds

You can return any unused items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return, send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll provide you with a return address. Special orders are not eligible for returns.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and all fixings must be included for a full refund. Once we receive your items your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days. 

International returns
If you are returning goods from outside the UK, you will need to produce a customs declaration. In this case, goods must be marked as ‘Returned goods’ with ZERO commercial value. You can also include the tracking number with which it was imported to your country - the one we sent the parcel with.

You are responsible for completing the correct customs paperwork. Any import duties and/or taxes applied to the returned goods will be deducted from any refunds payable.

Returns shipping 
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
